The case narrates the experience of Dr Naveed Amjad, assistant professor and instructor of a Business Communication course at the undergraduate program offered by a top business school in Pakistan. In his capacity as an instructor as well as the director of the undergraduate program, Dr Amjad was responsible for assurance of learning for the school which was currently undergoing an accreditation process. The case narrates the experience of Dr Amjad based on teaching four large batches of Business Communication and having found students free ride for group-based assignments. This was followed by a peer evaluation exercise and sharing of evaluation results with the students. Having done this, Dr Amjad was left pondering over some key questions.
