CBS organised a session titled “Lenin in 2024” led by Rob Sewell (Author & Editor of “Socialist Appeal”). The session held in March 2024 explored the enduring relevance of Vladimir Lenin's ideas in today's world. The talk also delved into how the current global challenges can be addressed by embracing Leninist principles. Drawing from his extensive involvement in Britain's labor movement and political landscape over the past five decades, Rob Sewell also shed light on the ongoing economic crisis in Britain, now exacerbated by recessionary trends.

The hybrid session included an audience featuring students and faculty members from across LUMS, in particular SDSB-LUMS.

The interactive session concluded with a Q & A between the speaker and the audience.
