Christmas Movie Night with the MBM staff of LUMS

To celebrate the festive spirit of Christmas with inclusive harmony, CBS organised a Christmas Movie Night for the janitorial staff of LUMS and their families on December 18, 2023. The event is hosted by CBS as a part of its annual tradition of celebrating the holiday spirit with the Christian community of LUMS and beyond. 

The movie night featured separate screenings for the parents and their children as the halls buzzed with excitement and elation from the attendees . The movie screening was followed by a Talent Show for the children, where the young audience members came up to the stage, sang poems and narrated their favorite stories. Embodying the spirit of the event, the CBS team had also prepared goodie bags for the children, that were distributed following the conclusion of the talent show. 

The event concluded with a Christmas cake cutting ceremony and an inspiring message from Dr. Fazal Jawad (Dean, SDSB-LUMS) who lauded the spirit of the attendees and emphasized the importance of respect and harmony among all communities.
