With an LL.M. from King’s College London and an LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of London, Mr. Amir has two decades of legal experience spanning constitutional, commercial, intellectual property, regulatory, media and information law, urban planning, and environmental law.

Previously, he was Associate Partner at Mohsin Tayebaly & Co., where he led the firm’s Lahore litigation practice. Before joining the firm, he co-founded and ran a successful independent law practice, advising major corporations, both national and international, including US and Germany-based software development companies, among others.

Alongside his practice, he has been teaching Equity, Specific Relief, and Trusts at SAHSOL as an adjunct faculty member since 2021, bringing both courtroom insight and academic rigor to the classroom.
